G-120為一個700L的高精密冷卻且自動過濾切削油的過濾設備，可搭配各廠規格的磨刀機設備將磨削中產生的鎢鋼準確過濾、自動清理粉屑，除了可使切削油保持乾淨及控溫，還可提高磨削速率以及減少砂輪損耗，可確保工件的品質。
G-120內含一個過濾桶，過濾量為140L/min，過濾桶內由61支濾芯構成，當含有鎢泥的切削油通過可確實過濾，精度可達1μm。可供1台流量大或2台流量小的磨刀機使用。此設備具自動排汙功能，可自動清理排屑，鎢鋼粉末回收簡便，故能提高切削油的使用壽命，另外舊式過濾設備可改裝排鎢泥機，讓鎢泥排的更加乾淨除外，亦能優於傳統濾袋過濾方式，且減少人力、耗材能環保經濟。
The G-120 is a 700-liter high-precision cooling and self-filtering cutting tools oil filtering equipment, which can be used with various specifications of tool grinding equipment to accurately filter and automatically clean the tungsten carbide powder generated during grinding, ensuring that the cutting oil remains clean and temperature-controlled, increasing the grinding rate and reducing the wear of the grinding wheel, and ensuring the quality of the workpiece.
G-120 contains a filter barrel with a filtration capacity of 140L/min. The filter barrel is composed of 61 filter elements. When the cutting oil containing tungsten mud passes through it, it can be filtered reliably, and the precision can reach 1μm. It can be used for 1 machine with large flow or 2 machines with small flow.
The equipment has an automatic sewage discharge function, which can automatically clean up the chips and make it easy to recover tungsten carbide powder, thus improving the service life of the cutting oil. In addition, the old-style filtering equipment can be retrofitted with a tungsten mud discharge machine to make the tungsten mud discharge cleaner. This equipment is also better than traditional filter bag filtering methods, and can reduce labor and consumables, more friendly environment and more economical.
